According to the federal communique, in January 2, 2018, the EPA issued regulations to exempt Phenylethyl acetate as pesticide residues in crops and agricultural products.
　　
　　The maximum amount of benzene ethyl acetate as a pesticide additive (solvent) is 0.015% in the pesticide. The application for this exemption is submitted by Technology Science Group Inc., and the company represents Janeil Biosurfactant Company. The new regulations come into force on the date of promulgation and are sought for the end of March 5, 2018.

No. 103-45-7 when used as an inert) ingredient (solvent) at a maximum of pesticide formulations applied to 0.015% in growing crops and raw agricultural commodities after harvest.
